Good morning from drizzly, humid Cornwall! Now, there’s a combination! Firstly, thank you all so much for your continued support! It’s immensely inspiring for me!
Very soon, you will be able to see the next Diary of a Coastal Composer show, filmed at Carn Kenidjack, West Cornwall. We were filming for several hours last Sunday evening, and it was only when the sun began to set, that we thought it was perhaps a bit dark to continue! The show features the folklore behind my track ‘Bound in Goassamer Threads’, and also a performance of the music on the moorland called ‘The Gump’ (Without the Forest!) where the fairy folk get up to their mischief!
There will also be some new artwork for you to look at too, inspired by a hot day at St Hilary, a rainy day in Malpas, and…a cheery day in Charlestown!
I’m also working on a new piece of music, which was inspired by a friend of mine who regularly walks her dog on a gorgeous beach!
Have a lovely Sunday! X
