Here is my latest seasonal postcard, for Autumn. It’s a watercolour painting of one of my favourite places – the marshland at Marazion – which is a couple of miles away from where I live.
You can see St Michael’s Mount castle in the distance on the right, and the headland on the left goes out towards an area called the Lizard – a strange name indeed for a place!
This is a favourite place for bird watchers and nature lovers to go to – there are often people with impressive looking camera lenses watching out for a sighting of a bird or two! It was this location that inspired my track ‘November Skies’. I love the purple sky that you can often witness here, heavily laden with the threat of rain.
Hope you like it – I will be filming the second half of my new show this weekend – I hope the weather is fine! Thank you all for your wonderful support X
