The inspiration behind this track came from visits to the magical
St Nectan’s Glen near Tintagel, and Golitha Falls near Liskeard.
St Nectan, who resided at a hermitage above the waterfall next to the Trevillitt River, is said to have rung a silver bell to warn sailors of the danger of the rocks.
